Monday Movie - Keeping Fit
Many have asked me how I am able to keep my svelte figure. Well, I do what I can. I try to control my diet, drink plenty of water and I always get my beauty sleep. As many of you kitty girls out there know, when we get past a certain age we sometimes need help.
I try to hit the kitty workout gym three times a week. I have a personalslave driver trainer that puts me through my paces. She has a special "gymspastic" class she likes me to participate in. Here is some actual footage of this week's class.
