Guest Poster - My Mom

Hi there, everyone! Reese is letting me post today because I've been tagged by The Kitty Krew for this fun meme. The rules of this game are to give credit to the one that tagged you and then step out from behind your furbaby and introduce yourself. Here's how:
  1. Post 7 facts about yourself AND photos OR
  2. Post 10 facts about yourself with no photos OR
  3. Post a childhood picture of yourself.

Here I am with my brothers. I'm thinking I'm somewhere around 3 years old in this picture.

First Grade
Here I am with Marilyn. Yep! A baby camel. This was taken about 12 years ago-- I can tell by that fancy hairdo!
Me today

Now for my 7 facts :

  1. I've been married for 32 years. Quite an accomplishment since I'm only 39 years old--yeah right!
  2. We do not have any human children.
  3. Reese is an only child. However, we lived on a farm for many years and had the good fortune of parenting many different types of pets such as deer, antelope, camels and wallabies .
  4. I was a long-time member of a shopping cart drill team. We traveled all over and participated in many parades including two Presidential Inaugural Parades, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and London's New Year's Day Parade.
  5. I live across the street from my brother and his family, who lives next door to our parents.
  6. I'm addicted to reality TV.
  7. We are hoping to spend the winter in sunny and mild Arizona this year.

I would like to tag any of you who would enjoy participating. Happy Sunday.
