Mid-Summer Doldrums

Ho-hum! I just don't know what to do with myself today. It's rainy and windy, so I don't want to go for a visit outside in my play pen enclosure. I guess I'm just stuck in the house.
Where is Stunt Double when I need her? I wonder what she's doing?

*Sigh* Wake me for lunch.

    Boredom is the worst, and very prevalent at my house too! You need to get creative and make some fun, such as de-stuffing a pillow. Always makes me feel better!

    Reese you sound like all the "bored" kids who don't know what to do with themselves in the summer! Napping will certainly make time pass more quickly, but you should try to find some more interesting activity for indoors. Maybe your mommy could play with you or something!

    Oh Reese I am bored too! But I am at work so I can't even take a nap - you are so lucky!! That is one thing that is really good at our house - there is always someone to play with when you have five cats (ok, really it is usually fight but there is some playing involved).

    Hi Reese! Gosh, you are such a pretty girl! I'm sorry you are bored. Maybe my kitties can teleport over. Toeshee loves to play. He is just over a year old and he love to sumo wrestle. :)
    A nap does sound nice. Kitties are so smart that way. They never worry about what needs to be done, they just do what they want.

    Such cute picks...now now no need to be bored Reese, you could sit in the window and count the birds going by?
    We have an outdoor enclosure for our kitties too and they love it. It's positioned rght beside the bird feeder so they have ample entertainment from the birds and the acrobatic squirrels raiding the feeder.

    Napping was certainly a good choice Reese! Maybe you can do some conferencing with your kitty friends next time :) The unpredictable weather really makes it hard to go outside and play, so it's best to stick indoors. You wouldn't want to get your pretty kitty fur wet!
