Thursday Thirteen - What's in a Name?

I thought I would participate in my very first Thursday Thirteen. I hope I'm doing this right! I have chosen the following catagory:

The top 13 Cat names in the US as reported by Bowwow.com
  1. Tigger
  2. Tiger
  3. Max
  4. Smokey
  5. Sam
  6. Kitty
  7. Sassy
  8. Shadow
  9. Simba
  10. Patch
  11. Lucky
  12. Misty
  13. Sammy
What?! Reese didn't make the list. I'm not sure if that's good or bad.

  3. Uhm, none of our names made the list. Either our momma didn't think hard enough when she named us or she thought so hard she went off the charts☺

  9. We dont know why you are not showing up on our blog roll - we will investigate!! Well you know we have a detective!
Our mum has only had one cat and her name was Mouschi so not on that list.
Mum tells us that Mouschi was Anne Frank's cats name in her Diary!
Apparently when Mouschi came home for the cat rescue she hid under the table for six months - even had her dinner in hiding - hence the name!!
We expect you really wanted to know that!! Not!

  20. Well, Tommy had a kitty, Sammy before us. And then we have Uncle MaxMaxx--and Tommy has a chum who has a Simba and another with Miss Kitty--so....but why NO Noir?!?!??!

  21. Tuck's not on that list either! How could that be?

  22. None of us here got on that list... oh well!

  23. Bah - what a boring list - no Reese? We've got a Lucy and a Tedy. And before them we had an Elvis, a Petey and a Cleo. They could all kick Tigger's butt.

  24. Well, maybe not having Reese on the list is a good thing. At least you're different from all the other kitties. You're a very unique kitty anyway. ^_^
